1. The service
Bible Habit is a mobile app that helps you build a daily Bible reading habit by limiting access to distracting apps on your device until you finish your daily reading. The app is operated by Oleksandr Bezuhlyi, the developer listed on the App Store and Google Play (“we”, “us”). You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
2. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
3. App blocking
The app-blocking feature relies on permissions you explicitly grant (Screen Time on iOS, Usage access and display-over-apps on Android). You can revoke these permissions and stop using the feature at any time. The feature is a self-control aid — we do not guarantee it cannot be bypassed.
4. Bible texts
Bible translations offered in the app are in the public domain or licensed under open licenses. Attributions and license details are listed inside the app under “Bible translations & credits”.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the operation of the service.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
